Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for presenting & implementing Odoo to new customers, answering customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining customer satisfaction, utilizing proper phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive customer experience for all clients. The Customer Service Specialist will also be responsible for other day-to-day tasks associated with customer support. Visiting customers on site will also be required in some cases.

Must Have
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Working with ERP software for at least 2 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek/English)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Phone Etiquette skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in the software industry
- Odoo experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Strong analytical skills
- Python Programming Language
- Linux Expertise
