Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for presenting & implementing Odoo to new customers, answering customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining customer satisfaction, utilizing proper phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive customer experience for all clients. The Customer Service Specialist will also be responsible for other day-to-day tasks associated with customer support. Visiting customers on site will also be required in some cases.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Working with ERP software for at least 2 years
  • Odoo experience is a plus
  • Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience in creating a positive customer experience
  • Ability to maintain customer satisfaction while handling multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek/English)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
